Ingredients
- Tomato puree
- Pitta bread
- Your choice of toppings (we done ham and sweetcorn)
- Cheese
Method
- First of all turn on your grill to get it nice and warm ready to place the pitta bread under once you have placed all your toppings on.
- Next spread as much tomato puree on the base as you want.
- Put the ham, sweetcorn and cheese on top (you can always swap out any of the toppings or even add extra toppings).
- Place the pitta/pittas under the grill for a couple of minutes but keep an eye on them for this time so they don't start burning.
